How do I receive the picks after I place an order?

You will given a username and password to access our Members' area where are our picks are posted. You username and password will only remain valid for the package you selected. We will also email/text message you our football picks.

What time will your picks be posted on the website?

Our College Saturday selections will be posted on or before 11:00 am EST on Saturday Mornings. Our NFL Sunday selections will be posted on or before 12:00pm EST on Sunday Mornings. Our Monday Night Football selections will be emailed to you. Orders must be placed on or before 7:00pm EST on Monday Nights.

I signed up for your selections on two separate weeks, do i need a different username and password to access the members area?

No, your username and password will remain the same. We will simply reactivate your account.

How do I receive your Free Lock?

By filling out the small form in our Free Lock section. The free lock will be EMAILED to you on either Saturday or Sunday morning, depending on when you submit the form and what game MonsterLocks wishes to give out. Please note that our Free Lock is a complimentary pick. While it is a game we may feel confident in, it is not what we consider one of our BIG PLAYS!

Do your season packages include NFL playoffs and College bowl games?

No. Our Big Play packages are for regular season only. After the regular season, we will have special packages for the NFL playoffs and College bowl games.

Do your season packages include Monday Night Football games?

No, we have a separate package each Monday for these games. You can purchase a Monday Night game by clicking here.

Will your season package prices decrease as the season goes on?

Yes. We will decrease our prices six weeks into the NFL season.

Do you favor one pick over another?

We feel equally confident in every big play we give out or else we wouldn't select one. There may be a week when we only have 1 or 2 big plays for this reason alone. We simply won't release a play just for the sake of giving it. For best results, we suggest that you wager equal amounts on every big play we release. Straight bets!!! No parlays, reverses or teasers!!!

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and DiscoverCard. Our billing process goes through paypal.com, so if you are a verified member, you can also have the funds debited from your checking account.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We do not offer a moneyback guarantee. The reason is because we do not guarantee that every big play we give out will win.
